Rob,
 You only need the wiring harness if you plan on running higher watt bulbs. I 
have the euro headlights and they are great without the wiring harness. I 
bought Blau's wiring harness a year ago but have not installed it yet. I plan on 
installing it soon and will put 100 high's in. I'll let you know if it is 
worth it.
