Hi Dave,

How's everything going? Did you get started on rebuilding your engine? Will you be adding a RS2 or 7A camshaft to your engine this time around? Anyways, I talked to Ned Ritchie about obtaining a new exhaust, and her persuaded me into just getting some high flo cats, deleting the center resonator/mid muffler, and going with a less restrictive muffler. It was good news to me. His reasoning was that a)there are customers of his pushing 430HP on the stock exhaust, b)something about the cross sectional flow of the stock downpipe being better than that of the Stromung Exhaust. Eitherway, that's money that I won't need to be wasting:)

I also asked him about his RS2 manifold, and he said that he had no plans to make anymore, but that also, if there was enough interest, that he'd have a few of his own in february. Eitherway, that got me to thinking, have you sold your RS2 EM yet?

Finally, what is needed in order to install a new head unit/speakers in the S-car? I'm fairly certain that the Bose Amplifier poses some difficulty? I was looking at Nakamichi 45Z Head units, but I wanted to get your feedback on which head unit to actually go for. Also, what speakers, size-wise, can be used? Could components be used?

Thanks for fielding this questions, hopefully, after the slave cylinder comes in, and after I have this aluminum flywheel refinished (holy cow is the thing light! Makes me wonder too if, at all, a lightened crankshaft pully would improve responsiveness), I'll put the tranny in, and try to obtain a RS2 manifold.

Thanks, and hope you enjoyed the Broncos victory.
-Paul
