[s-cars] Seat Side Bolster Protectant

Is there a material we can paint or apply as a protectant on the driver's seat
side bolsters to stop the wear and tear everytime we get in/out of the car?

I am thinking of passing by Home Depot looking for such a solution?

Any thoughts?
