Do not run 5.  It will make things be out of balance.  The weight
of a bolt head is significant.

I'd go with Bob's suggestion, replace all 6 with high strength bolts.

Metric bolts are marked with something like 8k or 10k on the head.
The larger the number, the stronger the bolt.  Use bolts with at least
as large a number as is on the OEM bolts.  And as Bob said, it's 
important to torque them to the correct tightness.

Tighten the bolts down cris-cross just like you would wheel bolts.  Pull 
the pressure plate down a little bit at a time, otherwise you may warp 
or distort the pressure plate cover.  After the 6 bolts are all 
tightened in a cris cross pattern, all the way down, then torque them 
cris-cross pattern to the final torque.
