[s-cars] How to check for boost leaks?

If you have a leak which does so under vacuum conditions as well as at high 
pressure let the engine idle and spray ether-based starting fluid over the 
rubber bits.  If ether is drawn into the system through a leak the rpms 
will pick up.  This will help isolate the area to search for leaks.

Danger Will Robinson!  Ether is HIGHLY FLAMMABLE!  Don't smoke.  Work in a 
well ventilated location.
