I've been lurking here for awhile.  Thought I would post some pics and 
description of what I've been up to over the holidays.  I sold my A6 
2.7t to my dad and picked up an early 95 UrS6 in NJ this past October. 
So far I've been very happy with the car, and it's much easier for me to 
work on than the C5 2.7t.  I ordered the samco hoses and monster clamps 
from ecs, I also obtained a nice metal crossover tube and full aluminum 
intercooler from a fellow UrS'r who was upgrading to an FMIC (Michael 
DeBlasio). I finished the install yesterday, including new intercooler 
and crossover tube, as I had the crappy plastic crossover tube and 
plastic end capped intercooler. Ran into a slight problem when I missed 
the fact that the new intercooler had been tapped for davtron temp 
differential gauge, so I went roaring off with two open holes in the 
fore and aft section of the intercooler, heard the underhood whoosh 
noise and immediately realized my mistake. Dismantled everything and 
plugged them up with a couple of bolts and rubber squeeze washers. 
Anyone know where I can purchase one of the davtron units?  Boost seems 
linear and solid again, I'll see if I throw anymore codes.
	When I pulled off my front wheels, I noticed the kumhos (ecsta supra 
712's) are starting to show cord, thanks to the camber problem (I wonder 
if my lower control arms may also be worn, as this is after only 6,000 
miles on stock springs/bilsteins).   Is this normal? I've got the camber 
plates from 2bennett and they will be going in tomorrow, followed by two 
new kumho supra 712's up front and full alignment. I'll add pics of 
those goodies as well. Thanks for all the great info, and Happy New Year
