Heyyy, I've heard of that guy.  Isn't his specialty re-shimming T at rsens or something?

Seriously though, Scott is an excellent choice in Chicago.
I have visited his shop to get some help with boost problems, and he helped out quite a bit.
 (I was living in Detroit at the time)

If he doesnt have time to fit you in, he may be able to suggest a dealer or two, I know he knows a few to AVOID like the plague.

He's more "just south of downtown" though, not N/NW...  Somewhere near McCormick place I think, but worth the drive.
