Thanks Vincent.  I feel kinda dumb about the tweeters.  Why is there a grill
there like there were speakers behind it?  If the winter package included
seat heaters and the like, I should have the heated washers too.  I'll look
up what the winter package included.  Sounds like I was also mistaken on the
coin holder.  Thought it went on the dash somewhere.  I think the PO told me
that.  Adding a sub-woofer might be in order, or change the whole system.
Anyway, thanks for the info.

1) The heated windshield washers are part of the winter package. I
thought the winter package was standard on all S6 but who knows with
Audi.
2) I don't know if some S6 have a subwoofer but mine haven't
3) The most frequest reason the tweeters are going out is there is no
tweeters in the Bose configuration.
4) The OEM coin holder take the place of the memory switches for the
driver seat, in the lower part of the driver door. The part number is
4A0 857 365 in case you want to retrofit the coin holder instead of the
memory switches.

I have a few questions to anyone who may know the answers.  1) My car is
described as a 95.5 by the PO.  It in fact has most attributes that were
supposed to have been changed from the earlier model.  However, I'm
missing
the electrically heated windshield washers.  What gives with that?  2)
