Paulie Snowballs,
Did you check and make sure that they're FD5POR's and
not other Bosch Platinums?  Our cars are very
particular, not unlike your wife.  Throw your plugs in
there and see what happens.  From what I know (very
little) about PSO's and coilpacks, a failure is a lot
more noticeable than a wee lil miss in the low range.
But then again, all I hear are horror stories,
especially from the cars that I have driven...or even
touched.
