Are the wiper blades you like silicone or rubber?

Morning Paul-
I've gone through 2 sets of Bosch wipers: both the excel and the regular
ones. good for a couple months tops before they start streaking - and
nothing drives me up a wall faster than a 'streaked' windshield.
I've been using the factory TT wipers since Oct. Very satisfied, and that
justifies the extra 6-7 bucks each in my book. Plus, you get the original
fin type thing to hold it closer to the windshield on the driver's side.
Worked for me, especially at 95-100 mph sustained speed through most of
Montana on my way to Canada awhile back.
Couple people in the rainy areas (ie washington-vancouver area) might have
some suggestions.
P/N 4B0-955-427-A and 4B0-955-427.
my .02,
