1. Have you placed the car in a warm garage or other out-of-inclement
weather place to thaw first?
2. If you have, sounds like the gear-teeth may have bitten the dust at
some point. Try having someone press liberally on the moonroof in the
correct direction while you hand-crank the roof closed (to get it past
the bad spot in the gear teeth), then disengage the power to it. You
can solve the problem when the weather warms again :)
