[s-cars] Q: Stereo Wiring Harness Adaptor?

So I get down to the last few items before I actually go to install the
new stereo in the other half's audi, and lo-and-behold, the VW
connector kit they sent me is missing the 10-pin adaptor (consists of
just the two eight-pin adaptors). Contacted various vendors and no one
seems to have a clue what I'm talking about (Crutchfield was so helpful
as to point me at a search engine, claiming they had no data for an 91
- 93 Audi 100/200 series, even after I told them it was the same plug
as the S4 non-Bose stereo and sent links for the plug format).
