[s-cars] Update #2 - No codes and over boost elimination

Guys,

The code must have been from trying to start the car
with the WG cover off.  I cleared it and it doesn't
come back.

WRT the over boost.  This is weird.  If I floor it
quickly, in any gear, when the revs are low (i.e. the
car isn't making any boost), the motor will bog as
normal until boost is built.  When boost comes on
line, the motor will zip up to like 30 PSI and the
over boost cut out protection will knock down the
boost.  Just as I have been writing about.

Well, during some experimenting I learned that if I
modulate the throttle more slowly, i.e. not just mash
the throttle, the boost will hold at 22 PSI as it
should.  It will do this continually as long as I go
slow on the throttle application.

Does this tell us anything?
