[s-cars] Headlights aging?

Very Dramatic.  The haze is on the internal reflectors as well as on the
projection lenses.  The high beams are less affected.  The keys to
cleaning are:

Have a way to grind down the epoxy retaining the lens retainer clips.
Don't use anything but water on the reflector surfaces; they don't have
MIL SPEC coatings
Don't tear down the interior optical assemblies; they are aligned to
each other
