Paulie,
It's an Audi. I'd check out the samco's too, to see if
they're clamped right.  Also, the intake hose from the
turbo to the airbox.  I had a tiny tear in it from
changing BPV's too much and got a rough idle that
stumped me for about 3 hours.  Could be anything, but
it's probably something you can take care of with duct
tape...that is, if you have any left after taping your
windows on the house, as per recent paranoia.
