[s-cars] Ski bag installation / replacement?

Dave,
I guess you might be right about the klutz thing... mine was sheer
frustration... I had been working on that ski-bag for 2 hours last night and
then another 2 hours this morning! I couldn't believe it was so difficult
to get it back in... or rather is still so difficult to get it back in... as
mine is still not in!
I have taken your advice on the epoxy for the broken hinge... which seems to
be holding for the time being! I will let it dry over night before I give
it another try!
Any words of wisdom before I set out into the unknown world of ski-bag
installation???
Literally the last one that I put in my '95 A6Q took me all of 2 minutes?
I'm thinking that the metal rim must be bent or out of shape somehow? But
it looks good?
Thanks for the tip on the epoxy... I tried a couple of different types of
glue that did not hold... but the epoxy is looking good so far!
