That could have been me, I suspect. What time was it? I was on my way to
Woburn this morning.
Anyways, if it was me, don't worry about it. My brake pad indicator
light has been on for the past couple of days though, so we're both
lucky that I had enough pad left for a panic stop. :) The Big Reds go on
next week -- been waiting all year for my stock pads to wear out so I'd
have an excuse.
I hear you about that particular pothole. I bent my right front rim on
it on Sunday night. :( But since Route 16 is likely a MDC road, they'll
just point at an equally little-known statute in Mass that states that
the MDC is not responsible for road damage on roads that it
owns/maintains. This includes Memorial/Storrow Drive.
