I can attest that while people are in fact rude here, they can only drive in
nice weather.  Throw a little snow or rain on the ground, and they ride your
ass like a roller coaster.  First off the road are SUV's.  I consider it a
form of natural selection.

I too have quickly aquired bad habits, since living on Colorado for 6 years.
But I have only had to get out of my car, to have a polite discussion with
another driver, twice in the whole time. I just can't take people beeping at
me for letting someone in! There is one large difference between agressive
drivers in New England and elsewhere, in New England, at least, they know
HOW to drive, even if they are not polite in doing so, here in Colorado, and
elsewhere, it seems like, on top of being rude, they cannot handle their
behemoth SUV's!
