Two cents from Florida: add water in any form, and throw in tourists
(and fresh transplants) who totally unfamiliar with the torrential
rains we have, and it gets even worse... Selectively add a few drivers
who are cresting the centennial mark (and, yes, I have spoken with 104
year old driver at the dealership).

The only good thing is that they almost all seem to disappear again
before the summer comes around (which is the real 'wet' in these parts).
