[s-cars] 17" wheel offset question

I have an oppurtunity to pick up some used 17" wheels
cheap. They are 17x8" with 5x112mm bolt pattern and
35mm offset. Will these fit the 95.5 S6 avant? The
size sounds right, just worried about the offset.
