[s-cars] ECS Big Reds, Mintex reds, and horrendous brake squeal

My Hawk HPS squeal on BIRA Sys 1 and the factory silencing shims installed.
So do the Mintex Red Box.  But the  Hawk HPS definitely squeal more at all
temps.
