You don't, is the short answer.
I just did w/o the adhesive and left the pucks in for the track.
No problems, just more squeal. With those monster brakes, an aggressive
street pad like the Hawk HPS, Pagid 4-2-1 "Black," Porterfield R4S, etc.
will work fine at the track until you're lapping at the limit of street
tire capability or thereabouts. I'd work on brake ducting and cooling
before
going too nuts on pads, although Mintex Red Box are not suitable for
track
use at all.

Same here. Mintex Reds in my 928gts calipers + S8 rotors, and they work
fine. No sqealing, low dust. I do have the factory Porsche antisqueel
pads.
Now, always meant to ask you guys. How am I supposed to "quickly" pull
the pads out, say on the track, with those dampeners glued to the pads.
