[s-cars] Sound from the phone speaker

Hi all.  I received my Bentley CD and took a browse through it.  Most things
I like being computerized, but I have to admit I would rather have this in
the original books.  Oh well, it is what it is.  Any way, I have been
looking for any diagnostics for electrical issues, but didn't find anything
for my current ailments.  Here they are:

As soon as I turn off the car, the in-car phone speaker starts emitting a
"beep" about every 10 seconds.  I've unhooked the phone from its base, and
it doesn't stop.  It's weakening my already weak battery enough so that
(here's number 2 ailment) when I start my car in the morning, my sunroof
opens on its own and I have to go through some unknown steps to get it to
close again.  And I still can't get it to be at the fully closed position.
Can anyone help with these problems?
