[s-cars] Audi Pikes Peak Concept

The Cayenne Turbo might be the most capable on-off road "SUV" currently
but after looking at the Cayenne personally at the LA auto show this
weekend, I confirmed my earlier opinion that its look is just terrible
(especially from the front).  Yech!
