Before we even begin to THINK of modifications, keep
in mind manufacturers and politics.  Sometimes numbers
are underrated.  If you pick up the most recent Sport
Compact Car (blasphemy!), you will find that the "215
HP" Neon SRT-4 actually puts 225 HP to the front
wheels.  Underrated, indeed...
