Following recent dicussions on manual gearbox (for tuned RS6), I would
like to know what is the worst for a manual gearbox:

Changing gear at max rpm evey time and stay at the right gear for engine
rpm to be at 4000.
Shifting early rpm (2000), drive a normal speed on 6th gear and
accelerate from there without downshifting to 5th or 4th.
