Sure!

Actually, you can get one in the $40 range on eBay. That's if you
are just looking for the Sony changer - NOT including the Audi
adapter box under the factory CD changer.

The CD changer itself is a Sony CDX-A30. You can use almost
any Sony CDX-Axx where xx is 15, 30, 55, whatever.

Look on eBay in Consumer Electronics > Car Audio & Electronics
                 > Audio & Video > CD Players

Search on CDX-A* and
select both "only in CD Players" and "in titles & descriptions"

There is usually one or two up for auction, and they go in
the $25 to $60 range. There aren't any at the moment, but
just keep trying for a few days.

If you don't want to do that, I'll cewrtainly trade you a good
Sony CDX-A30 for your broken unit and $200. Such a deal!
