[s-cars] No Lights

Hi all,

Not sure if anyone else has had this problem, but my headlights won't turn
on. Yesturday I noticed them flash, i.e. I flipped the headlight switch and
only the driving lights turned on, then a half second later the headlights
turned on. No problems the rest of the night. Fast forward to tonight and
turned on the headlights and now only the driving lights and high beams
work. I checked the fuses on the drivers side and they looked ok. Is there a
relay or other fuse(s)? Broken wire?Recent work done, euro headlight lens (2
weeks ago) replaced central door lock vacuum supply pump and upgraded to
2.0w IC bulbs (both 1 week ago).

Also, my temp. flap motor is T.U. Where exactly is the motor located? I took
a look under the "plenum"(whatever that is) cover and couldn't see anything
that looked like the flap motor. Only saw what appeared to be some control
arms sticking out of the blower motor housing. And nope, didn't see them
move when I had someone cycle through the temp range.
