At the rear, pop the plastic screw cover off on the inner track plastic
cover, remove screw and slide to the rear. The outer track has the
screw exposed, slide cover to the rear. The front plastic covers slide
off the the front (there are no screws), you need to push them pretty
hard and they break easily (as I found out). Unscrew the 2 front bolts,
push seat to the back until the rear sliders pop out of the track. Tilt
seat forward and unplug the electrical harnesses. Push seat further to
the rear and remove. The seat is really heavy, find a helper to get it
out of the car.
