[s-cars] 93 Infrared Key Not Working - Update

Boy, your symptoms sound the same as mine. I tested the voltage of the
batteries and the resistance of the key with and without the button
depressed. I found that one of my keys didn't have a very reliable button.
Sometimes it would make contact, others it seems like it wouldn't. Still,
even with the good key, it took a few times of using the below procedure to
get it to work.
I waited 5-10 seconds after the 1st beep, then turned off the car, then
tested the key once and that's the procedure that worked the best. It's
still working now....
