Thanks Ray, it was quick and easy, love these digital cameras ! (gonna have=
 to buy one instead of borrowing the company's all the time ;-))

Yup your right, no slack when pedal is depressed, only when at rest. I used=
 the seat to butt the pedal to the floor with a piece of wood while the cli=
p was off, then I pulled back on the cable to WOT and then re-inserted the =
clip. So I should have achieved WOT when the pedal hit's the floor but the =
cable still has a certain amount of slack when at rest... that's why I post=
ed the pics I figured I wasn't doing something right, but I guess it's norm=
al.

Now if the pedal stop can be adjusted upwards, then this slack could be rem=
oved ! and I will definetly try out Mark's sage advice and physically see t=
hat I am in fact at WOT and not going past. I noted with that slack you can=
 pull upwards on the pedal to take up the slack, but of course it will fall=
 back into place, I'm just looking for a more responsive pedal feel.
