[s-cars] CD Changer woes - AGH!

OK, I bought a Sony A15 changer on ebay. I plugged it in, and the plus fits the changer powers up, it pulls the CD in and seems to play it according to the display on my radio.

But, no sound. Any ideas besides the obvious "you bought a defective CD changer on ebay"?
