[s-cars] 93 Infrared Key Not Working

I had reported my problem similar to this a few weeks back - was able to go
through programming procedure (key in ignition on, manual locking, then able to
set via 1 - 4 beeps) but immediately after this remote would not open or lock
doors. Solution was new set of batteries for remote - been working ever since.
