[s-cars] Infared vs. RF

Another easy way to tell if the car has IR vs RF is
the shape of the keys.  IR cars have a "normal key"
with  the teeth on the outside.  RF cars have the
newer style key with the internal teeth (similar to
new VW/Audi switchblade keys - but w/o the switchblade
feature).
