[s-cars] CD Changer woes - AGH!

All this talk about (working) Sony CD changers off eBay plugging right into
the interface box would lead me to believe that we need to reverse engineer
that stinkin' interface box. Given that I'm a consultant and am only able to
identify that hard work must be done to succeed and not actually _do_ that
hard work, who's willing and able to do so?

Bruce:
I don't know what you've purchased, but I have used cdx a-10,15,30 and they
all plug right into the tranciever box and work perfectly, including showing
the cd display on the dash.
Sounds to me like you've got a bad changer.

First, let me say that I hold all of the people that told me it was "no
problem" responsible for my current lack of CD audio. Please paypal me $1.14
each, and I think that should cover my loss. :)
Seriously, all that comes out of the Sony is a DIN plug that is identical in
looks and size (but not sure about pinout wiring) to the one on my OEM
changer. So it plugs in to the adapter box, display on radio and dash look
fine, but no audio.
There is no place to hook up audio cables on either the CD changer or my
adapter box. So what else could I need?
Bruce
