I'll add this to the info you've already gotten:
1) It's most likely a burned out element :-(
2) The urS4 seat heater controller is all solid-state. No relays to click.
3) I did the repair first. The heater worked about 15 minutes an burned out
in a different, nearby spot. I got better at the job the 2nd time, but the
upholstery work is pretty difficult (for me, anyway).
4) If you get a new element, don't buy any adhesive. The element has
self-stick.
5) Now that the heater has been working for a year I'm glad I fixed it!
