Here is the one from my 95.5. I am not positive if it is the same for
the 96 but I am fairly certain that it is. Anyone on the list can
confirm this? Sorry for the bad pictures, my camera is not so good at
detail shots. This is not the original one from the car. I bought it
about 14 months ago from my local Audi dealer for $115.

The remote is for sale BTW, $60 shipped, (might need a new battery)

With all this talk about remote control, I've decided it was time for my
S6 to have its own remote transmitter. But with all the different used
remotes which supposedly work with a '96 S6, I'm bit puzzled. If someone
with a original RF remote control for '96-97 S6 could send me a picture,
it would surely help or at least save a trip to the dealer.
