[s-cars] Nokian WRs

Well, you asked for opinions..... :-)

IMHO, the Nokian WRs are a three-season tire at best, with summer
being the season excluded.

Personally, I run a set of summer and winter tires- all-season is
lousy year-round.

However, they _could_ work- one lister, IIRC, is running the predecessor
Nokian NRW year-round.
