I replaced my broken thermostat and O2 sensor and went from about 13 MPG Highway/Commute to 20 Commute.

20 MPG sounds a little low for highway driving... I usually get about 25 MPG
on trips with summer tires... even with a few epsiodes of full boost coming
out of the toll both! :-) Less in mixed driving or with winter tires, of
course.

The 02 sensor has been discussed as a possible cause of poor mileage, or
dirty plugs might do it, or a leaking (internally) injector. But I'm just
guessing. Anybody BTDT with troubleshooting poor milage that can tell Elvis
where to look first?

Good Afternoon all,
Does anyone have an ideal of what is normal gas mileage for
my 1995 s6? I do 95% highway driving and it seems that I don't even get
20mpg, even when I'm driving tame. Is there anything I can do to improve
it?

Thanks in advance!
