[s-cars] Forge BPV's ??(diverter valves)

I have a Forge piston type purchased from Stratmosphere two or three
years ago.  It seems to work fine on my Stage 1 setup.  However, it is
possible for the piston to bind in the o-ring seals, so a diaphram type
might be more reliable.
