How dark is dark?

My 97(?) Maple trim (from Igor's car) is nice and dark, but quite "Darth-Vader" dark.

Audi Zentrum Koblenz is a good 2000km away for the next week, and I doubt the Audi/Volkswagen/Skoda/Seat/Husquevarna/BMW/Mercedes Dealer/GroceryStore/PostOffice/Bank/CityHalll in this little town would keep something like that in stock...

Ok, the FA shows late UrS6 in europe had a Birds Eye Maple interior trim
option. Anyone know if this is light or dark stained (a la Jag R cars).

Could any Euro listers (Keith?) stop by their friendly neighborhood
dealer and inquire (maybe even see if they have one of the many pieces
in stock to peek at)??

I sure would like some dark wood for that car in the garage that I
barely drive anymore.
