[s-cars] MP3 through DVD Disc in Car

For those of you with in-dash DVD players, is it possible to play MP3 files
off a DVD disc in your head units?

If so, please email me the type of headunit you have.

The thought is that a DVD can hold probably about a hundred CDs worth of MP3
files. It's nice to be able to carry so much music one one disc in the car.
