Afternoon-

Wanted to provide the list with a status update of the upcoming pilgrimage
to der Ring for those who may be interested.

The plan that looks like will most likely be implemented, I'm (personally)
looking to fly out 9/18 Thursday afternoon (flight is $460 or so), land in
DE Friday a.m., rent car, check in ($25 / night, 15 miles away), etc.  Der
Ring (~$15 / lap) opens 2:15-7:30 (better to do as much as you can on Fri to
avoid weekend crowds), 6-7:30 Sat. and 8-7:30 Sunday.  Sleep, check out, and
fly home 9/22 Monday.

Basically, 3 days off from work, many many MANY laps, and trying to keep the
all-in south of a grand.

So, even though we're keeping this as a "you worry about yourself" type
trip, it'd be interesting to hear that status of any of you here that are
seriously trying to join us for the insanity.  This is a bare bones, easy,
quick, relatively cheap and simple trip.  The fundamental elements of dudes,
cars, a f'n LEGENDARY TRACK, fine German spirits, food, and sleep are all
that are really at play here.

Sooooooooooooooo looking forward to this.  Please let me know should any of
you have any additional Q's, or I'm sure Super Keith can (better) entertain
them as well.
