Reminds me of a story that a Greyhound Lines manager told me years ago.
He had to call a driver into his office, after receiving a customer
complaint. A little old lady, boarding a coastal route bus from San
Diego to LA, asked the driver which side of the bus she should sit on to
see the ocean. He told her that depends -- on whether she wanted to see
the Atlantic or the Pacific. The manager had a very tough time keeping a
straight face during that reprimand.  :-)
