Reley box under the hood is just above pedals. There is a wire hole
that'll flow water to your feet if relay box gasket leaks, or if box
cover is not firm in its place.

Is this like cold feet?

You gots it Mikka...  Lee recently hit that one square for me after I was
getting a leftfootfull of water here in one of our monsoons, at, er, 8-)
mph...
