[s-cars] HELP! Crank pulley (vibration dampener)

I did this on a 3B motor 3 months ago.

1- The 6 mm hex bolts do NOT need to be removed.

2. Did you remove the hydraulic pump belt and the waterpump belt?

3. Did you slacken off the timing belt. On mine you do that by loosening the
water pump.

If you still can't get if off, try tapping the balance wheel gently with a
rubber mallet.

I'm doing the timing belt and I cannot get this thing off.
 I've removed the crank bolt, but the pulley does not
budge.  I tried removing the 6 MM hex screws inside the
pulley but that didn't help.  Am I missing something?  Any
ideas?
