[s-cars] Coolant leak

I had a leak from this same area and all it took was tightening the 4-or-so
hose clamps in the area.  Took me about 6 months to trace it to the source!

I believe that I have found the leak.  It appears to be the Engine
Coolant Shut-Off Valve, which is located on the left side of the Heater
Box.  Because of its location, it is really difficult to actually see
the leak.  I could only feel the coolant running down on the underside
of the hose.  It is in-line on one of the two hoses that lead to the
Heater Core and they travel parallel and close to each other.  I could
not feel any coolant above the Valve {i.e. between the valve and the
Heater Box}; therefore, I am assuming it is the Valve.  I have inspected
the hoses for cracks and they appear to be good.  Before, I order the
Valve, does anyone have BTDT with this scenario.  Thanks to all who have
