[s-cars] A/C problem

My AC will not stay on (or even start at times) when ambient temps get above
approx 80-85 F (it appears heat related any way).

The compressor was replaced recently due to the above issue. The ignition
switch was also replaced recently as well (if at all related) both are new OE
parts.

Any BTDT's? I am at a total loss for such behavior. Possibly the controller?
