Can anyone with the Euro family album confirm the part numbers required to convert to the image shared the other day of that NICE S6+ tail end?

I would LOVE to put this setup on my 95.5 $6 Sedan (Limo).  Was the S6+ only available in Avant, as those are the ONLY pic's I've seen.

Any help would be Greatly appriciated (Beer?)
