Pull the fuel line at the under-hood fuel filter, get out some gas cans
& route the fuel line there (may require some tubing or hose), and then
turn the key to the the "run" position (but not to "start"). The pumps
will proceed to run the fuel out over time at a fairly fast method.
Just take care not to deplete the battery in the process.
